A peek at the master bedroom

Our Dennis home is bright, fresh, and near everything you want on a Cape Cod vacation.  Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood right off route 134, within minutes you can walk to kayaking on the Swan Pond River, or you can walk to Dunkin Donuts if you can’t be without your coffee (though Three Fins, just a couple minutes down the road, is amazing!).  In just a couple of minutes you can drive to numerous Dennis beaches, or hop on a bike (bring your own, or use the ones we have available) and ride to South Village Beach or Sea Street Beach.  There is a convenience store in walking distance for last minute needs, and a shopping plaza under five minutes away with a Stop & Shop, Marshalls, Dollar Tree, fast food and more. 

About the home:

• You’ll find four bedrooms and three bathrooms, laundry in the basement, and a deck off the kitchen with a grill, and seating for 8 inside and outside. 
• The first floor features an open floor plan, a granite kitchen with island, stainless appliances, a living room with gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a dining room with seating for 8 at a custom dining table.
• WIFI throughout the house.
• There is a queen bedroom on the first floor with space for exercising (yoga mat and hand weights provided).
• Upstairs is a master suite with king bed and jacuzzi tub in the master bath, and two additional bedrooms, one featuring two sets of bunk beds and another with a queen bed. 
• There is an additional full bathroom on the second floor as well.
• There is central air, and it is always a non-smoking home; please no e-cigarettes. 
• There are beach chairs, a small cooler, and standard sized beach towels available. 
• We also have some beach toys, yard toys, board games and puzzles available for use.
• Two Pack & Plays with sheets are available, as well as a high chair, Bumbo and some small baby toys.  The house is child-friendly but is not baby-proofed (no plug covers, baby gates, etc.  We do have some doorknob covers if you want to pop them on while you are there.).
• Sheets are provided; however you are welcome to bring your own.  There is one king sized bed (4 pillows), two queens (2 pillows), and four twin-sized bunks (1 pillow).

  • Bicycles - please bring your own helmets or look into renting them. We can give you information on sizes of bicycles.

  • Games, puzzles, outdoor toys, and more
  • Books - take one, leave one
• Pets negotiable in off-season with an additional fee for cleaning and higher security deposit; please reach out with questions. 
• No bachelor parties; contractual renter must be 25+ years old
